Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE Deposit & Booking Policy: A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your final service or product balance at Your Sqin @ Qinky Beauty. Same-Day Booking Policy: If you book an appointment less than 12 hours in advance, please be aware: -Your appointment time may not be guaranteed due to prior arrangements -You must text (614) 401-8288 immediately after booking to confirm your slot -You will receive confirmation from our staff (not an automated response) Example: If you book a 10:00 AM appointment at 6:00 AM the same day, you must text (614) 401-8288 right away to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Client Intake Forms MUST be filled out and submitted before your scheduled appointment. This is attached when booking. If you are running late or need to reschedule please contact me directly at 614-401-8288 ASAP through text or phone. DO NOT email please and thank you. Please note regarding deposits CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT and YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE. YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-BOOK WITH A NEW DEPOSIT. THIS IS ENFORCED TO COVER THE LOSS OF EARNINGS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT THAT CAN’T BE FILLED ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE. No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. No Call/No Show more than once will be band from future appointments.
