Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE Due to a number of previous Late Notice/ No Shows...There is non-refundable deposit of $25.00 required, however this does go towards your balance for your services or products at Your Sqin @ Qinky Beauty. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Client Intake Forms MUST be filled out and submitted before your scheduled appointment. This is attached when booking. If you are running late or need to reschedule please contact me ASAP through text or phone,DO NOT email please and thank you. Please note regarding deposits CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT and YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE. YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-BOOK WITH A NEW DEPOSIT. THIS IS ENFORCED TO COVER THE LOSS OF EARNINGS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT THAT CAN’T BE FILLED ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE. No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. No Call/No Show more than once will be band from future appointments.
